We use local numbing. Most describe the feeling as “pressure” or a quick sting. The goal is to stop pain, not cause more of it.

Usually minimal. For many injections, you’re back to normal activity the next day, though you might feel some temporary site soreness.

Some are (like RFA), while others (like steroid shots) are temporary “reset buttons” to help you progress in your physical therapy.
