Sara Maldonado, PA-C, ATC, is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Tony Nguyen and Dr. Michael Rose.

Sara attended A.T. Still University, where she earned her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies. For her undergraduate degree, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Physiology from Aurora University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was awarded SHAPE Major of the Year, and the Gold Ivy Award.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Sara worked as an Assistant Certified Athletic Trainer, where she gained experience working with athletic injuries.
