About Dr. Wall

L. Philipp Wall, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex arterial and venous diseases. He is highly experienced in both open vascular and minimally invasive endovascular procedures, providing comprehensive care for conditions such as varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, deep venous thrombosis, claudication, and non-healing ulcers.

Before joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Wall practiced as a vascular surgeon in private and group settings across New York and Arizona, including Advanced Cardiac Specialists in Arizona and Vascular Surgeons of Central New York in Syracuse. He then founded the Arizona Vein & Vascular Center in 2007, which became one of Arizona’s leading vein clinics. In 2016, Dr. Wall sold Arizona Vein & Vascular and its affiliated surgery centers.

Dr. Wall completed his fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at State University of New York at Stony Brook and his General Surgery residency at SUNY at Buffalo. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Downstate Health Science Center and his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Brooklyn College. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Wall is committed to advancing vascular health through skilled surgical care and patient-centered treatment
