Kirk M. Puttlitz, MD a board certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine and fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management and Spine.
Dr. Puttlitz received his pain management and spine fellowship training at KDV Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Ltd. His fellowship included extensive training in cervical and lumbar epidurals, discography, facet and sacroiliac injections and more. He completed his internship in internal medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr. Puttlitz attended the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He was Magna Cum Laude Graduate at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he graduated with his medical degree. He also attended State University of New York at Buffalo for his bachelor in science degree where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Puttlitz is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR).
