Jason Koczman, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at The CORE Institute.

Prior to joining The Core Institute, Jason worked at a level one trauma center in Flagstaff, Arizona. He has extensive training and experience as a first assist in both inpatient and outpatient surgery including trauma, sports medicine, shoulder and arthroplasty. Jason earned his graduate degree from the University of Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern College.

Jason is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
