Jacob Kobernick, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. Justin Butler.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Jacob earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude, and his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Before beginning his career as a Physician Assistant, Jacob worked as an Emergency Medical Technician with Amerimed EMS in Savannah, Georgia, providing direct patient care during interfacility transports. He cared for diverse populations, including emergent, non-emergent, and psychiatric patients. Jacob is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based orthopedic care, supporting patients in their recovery, managing injuries, and helping them safely return to their daily activities and active lifestyles.
