Carolyn Griffiths, PA-C, MS is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. Sepein Chiang.

Carolyn earned her graduate degree from AT Still University. She received her undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University. Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Carolyn’s training provided her additional clinical experience in general family practice, emergency medicine and internal medicine. In addition to her years of experience in orthopedics and trauma, Carolyn has a combined orthopedic experience of over 10 years serving as Head Athletic Trainer for the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury team and as Head Athletic Trainer for Xavier College Preparatory earlier in her career.

Carolyn is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants (ASAPA), the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and the Arizona Athletic Trainers Association (AZATA).
