About Dr. Udupa

Tharesh Udupa, DPM is a board certified foot and ankle specialist. He specializes in treating foot and ankle injuries, bunions, neuromas, running injuries, ingrown toenails, toe deformities and non-surgical pediatric foot and ankle issues. In addition, he cares for patients in need of diabetic foot care, arthritic foot care, and wound healing.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Udupa cared for patients in the Surprise and Sun City area for over ten years. Dr. Udupa completed residency training at the Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Michigan. He received medical degree at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, and underwent his pre-medical studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Dr. Udupa is a member of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing (APWH), and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC).
