Jack Goforth, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Jack worked as a physical therapy technician, assisting with patient care, implementing therapeutic interventions, and supporting musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University.
