Nally Ofosu, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant caring for patients alongside Dr. Evan Freedman.

Before Nally joined The CORE Institute, she cared for patients as a Physician Assistant, providing medical evaluations, performing in-clinic injections and developing patient care plans. She also cared for patients as a Nurse’s Assistant where she assisted patients with basic medical needs.

Nally earned her graduate degree from AT Still University and her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She is active in the medical community, holding memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants.
