Carolyn Wagner von Hoff, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Anuj Daftari.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Carolyn worked as a physician assistant at a pain treatment center in Mesa. In this role, she gained experience with steroid injections, viscosupplementation, trigger point injections, and ultrasound-guided injections. She also cared for patients as a physician assistant in a pain and rehabilitation center and a neurological institute in Chandler, Arizona.

Carolyn attended A.T. Still University, where she earned her Master of Physician Studies. Prior to this, she attended Truman State University in Missouri, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science.
