Chaim “CK” Kaplan is a certified Physician Assistant who is joining the team as the Director of Clinical Care. He will also be treating patients at our East Valley locations.

Before joining The CORE Institute, Chaim has cared for patients as a Clinical Quality and Integration Manager, Area Medical Manager, and Physician Assistant in Arizona for over a decade. He has worked with The CORE Institute, OrthoArizona, HonorHealth FastMed Urgent Care, and Banner Del Webb Medical Center. Through his leadership, Chaim has overseen quality initiatives, developed comprehensive treatment plans, and provided exceptional care for patients.

Chaim obtained his graduate degree from Midwestern University. He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, graduating with the distinction of Cum Laude Honors.

Chaim has held memberships with the Shea Venous Thrombosis Prevention Committee and Language of Caring Program.
