Biography

Robert Ravinsky, MD, FRCSC is a dual Fellowship-Trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in Spine Surgery.

Before joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Ravinksy spent two years focusing on his surgical skills and gaining experience in Spine Surgery by completing two fellowship programs. His first Spine Surgery fellowship program was completed at Toronto Western Hospital in Canada which earned him an AOSpine accreditation. Dr. Ravinsky rounded out his skills at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Before leading into his fellowship programs, Dr. Ravinsky completed his post-graduate orthopedic residency program at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ravinsky not only holds a doctorate degree in medicine from McGill University in Canada but also completed his master’s degree in Public Health from the world-renowned, Harvard University.

Dr. Ravinsky is fluent in French and an active member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), the AOSpine North America, the Canadian Spine Society (CSS), the Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA), and the American Medical Association.
