Biography

Robert Ravinsky, MDCM, MPH, FRCSC is a dual fellowship-trained orthopedic physician specializing in Spine Surgery.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. Ravinksy spent two years honing in on his skills and expertise in Spine Surgery, completing two fellowship programs. His first Spine Surgery fellowship was completed at Toronto Western Hospital in Canada which earned him an AOSpine accreditation. Dr. Ravinsky rounded out his skills at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Before leading into his fellowship programs, Dr. Ravinsky completed his post-graduate orthopedic residency program at University of Toronto. Dr. Ravinsky not only holds a doctorate degree in medicine from McGill University in Canada, but also completed his master’s degree in Public Health from the world-renowned, Harvard University.

Dr. Ravinsky is fluent in English and French and an active member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), AOSpine North America, Canadian Spine Society (CSS), Canadian Orthopaedic Association (COA), and the American Medical Association.
