Dr. Christopher DeSutter is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery.
Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Dr. DeSutter completed his fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction and sports medicine at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Center in Halifax, NS, Canada. Before entering his orthopedic fellowship program, he obtained his board certification in orthopedic surgery through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. DeSutter received his medical doctor degree with special training in research designation and completed his post-graduate orthopedic surgery residency training at the University of Alberta.
Dr. DeSutter has affiliations with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, Canadian Orthopedic Association, and the American Medical Association.
