Stephanie Murphy, PA-C, DMSc, is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. Dehghan, Dr. Melvin, and Dr. Surina in our Orthopedic Trauma division.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Stephanie gained valuable experience in urgent care, orthopedic surgery, trauma, and sports medicine. She has managed both adult and pediatric patients, assisted in elective and trauma surgeries, provided inpatient care, performed joint injections, and supported clinical research. Her background also includes high-volume clinic work, fracture care, and collaboration with athletic trainers and surgical teams.

Stephanie earned her Doctor of Medical Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University. She attended Grand Canyon University for her Bachelor of Science in Biology with an Emphasis in Pre-Medicine and Psychology.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys playing soccer and tennis, traveling with her family, and spending time with her three kids and two dogs.
