Kyla Chavez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant working alongside Dr. Todd Phillips and Dr. Frank Raia.

Prior to joining The CORE Institute, Kyla gained valuable patient care experience as a Patient Care Technician and Unit Coordinator in a rehabilitation hospital setting. In this role, she provided direct care to patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and other complex orthopedic conditions. She assisted with activities of daily living, monitored vital signs and patient status, and collaborated closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and functional outcomes.

Kyla earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University, along with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Oklahoma Christian University and her Associate of Arts from Glendale Community College.
