Chase Pologa, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Robert Cercek.

Chase attended Midwestern University where he earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Chase worked as a medical scribe where he was promoted to Lead Scribe and oversaw the reviewing of charts and provided feedback to fellow scribes. For his undergraduate degree, he was a student at the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned Magna Cum Laude distinction.
