
Andrew Jaczynski is the Biomechanics Lab Manager at the SHRI-CORE Orthopedic Research Labs. His primary function is to coordinate and execute analyses of biomechanical testing projects. He also writes custom software assist with an assortment of tasks in the laboratory. Andrew’s current projects include several biomechanical studies incorporating the lab’s two servo-hydraulic load frames along with ongoing research utilizing the SHRI-CORE Shoulder Controller, a device that emulates in vivo biomechanics of the glenohumeral joint.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a master’s degree in Bioengineering from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the team at SHRI-CORE, he interned with the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ and worked as a research consultant for Orthologic Corp. in Tempe, AZ.
