From the east: Take AZ-101-Loop west, exit at 27th Ave. Keep going westbound through the light at 27th Ave and stay on the access road (Agua Fria Freeway). Pass The CORE Institute- North Phoenix. The 3010 building will be located on the right side (North) of Agua Fria Freeway. The CORE Institute- Physical Therapy is in Suite 101, next door to CORE Central in Suite 100.
From the west: Take AZ-101-Loop east, keep right towards Flagstaff/Phoenix (exit 23) and exit at 27th Ave. Make a left (North) on 27th Ave., followed by an immediate left onto Agua Fria Freeway. Stay on the access road, the 3010 building will be located on the right side (North) of Agua Fria Freeway.
From Central Phoenix: Take the I-17 North and exit at N. Yorkshire Dr. Make a left on N. Yorkshire Dr., and then a right on N. 27th Ave. Make a left on Agua Fria Freeway and stay on the access road. The 3010 building will be located on the right side (North) of Agua Fria Freeway.
From North Phoenix/Prescott/Flagstaff: Take the I-17 South and exit at Deer Valley Rd. and make a right. Make a left on N. 27th Ave and right at Agua Fria Freeway. The 3010 building will be located on the right side (North) of Agua Fria Freeway.
